LOVE the tapes, the instructors are older women, not skinny 20-year olds. I've lost 7 l/2 lbs. in two weeks without doing much else except watch my portions. I'm stronger and my balance has improved immensely. I'm 70 and feel like I'm 40 again. My husband (72) is doing it with me and loves it.

My M-I-L had been asking me for a while when I was going to make her a Zumba® dvd. I would tell her over-and-over that I couldn't do that, but that I wished she would attend a Zumba® Gold class, before attempting a regular Zumba® one.
The week before Thanksgiving this set was released and I could not have been more thrilled. A few days before we were set to visit my In-Laws for Thanksgiving, my M-I-L called to ask ONCE AGAIN when I was going to make the Zumba® dvd for her -- little did she know that her set had already been ordered!
A few weeks later she opened her Xmas gift and nearly fell out of her seat! We cracked it open and I went through the Step-By-Step dvd with her -- we had a blast! She loves her Zumba® Gold as much as I love my Zumba®!
P.S. I purchased two sets: one for my mother-in-law (as a Christmas gift); the other for a friend who has very severe back issues. My girlfriend has informed me that she is completely IN LOVE with Zumba® Gold and this set!

I bought this set because I was in a car accident years ago that left my right ankle slightly disabled. I can't do a lot of hopping for this reason. This set fit my needs perfectly. The dancing isn't too hard on me and is a lot of fun. Beto is absolutely adorable. I didn't give it a full 5 stars though because on the cardio and toning DVD's there is no separation from the intro pep talk and the actual workout. It is good to listen to the intro a couple of time but I don't need it every time. I know I can fast forward but it would be nicer if the intro was separate so I don't have to wait to get dancing. Still I recommend this set for active seniors and younger people who have limitation like mine.

I am a middle-aged person with MS. I so wished I could have done Zumba as I have limitations from MS and I want to stay as active as I can. Thank you for finally making this DVD!

I purchased this set to preview it before recommending it to my Zumba Gold class participants. So many of my Gold students leave MN for warmer climes during the winter and always ask me to recommend a DVD they could use while out of town. Finally the Live It Up set is available to them and I've been doing a "show and tell" before all of my classes to let them know what it's all about. The instructions by Joy and Beto are very good and the cardio and toning DVDs are a good workout for the beginner, the de-conditioned and the Gold audience. Highly recommend it!
