I kept running into the Zumba comercials all the time on t.v so one day I decided to order it, I was skeptical but it finally came and though I didn't start right away, when I did I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I've only started the first 2 dvds which were Step BY Step, and Activiate. Step By Step teaches you the steps you will encounter on the other DVDs.. Activite was a challenge for me, at first because I could not get through the whole dvd, not without resting.. Now I can actually complete it and I am beginning to see small changes in my body.. I'm on to learning the next DVD which looks challenging but I am not hesitant to say Zumba is a challenge with each new learned step but after you learn, you can't stop..

love zumba, couldn't wait to add this to my DVD, game collection.
only disappointment was the instructor on the toning DVD says it is a two part DVD and the program guide says the same thing, but there is no sentao like they say :(
can't wait to see what comes out next. it's hard to find a class nearby so I rely on my own collection.

This is why I fell head-over-heels over Zumba Fitness. This program allowed me to teach myself the basics of Zumba and then progress to the more high energy workout DVDs. That's when I realized that I wanted to be a ZIN member and it's been an awesome ride ever since.
