I worked out in this numerous times, but I mainly use it as a under bra for my sports bras. It doesn't offer enough support to be worn alone. If you need a bra just to wear to the grocery in the spring or summer with a spaghetti strap top. This would work.

This bra although is comfortable, doesn`t offer much support due to its straps. Even after adjusting them to your liking, once you start moving and jumping around they give in. And it`s not safe to dance like that. I`m a 34B and I wear a small in sports bras.

I got this bra to match my blue fusion cargos. There is no support, and when you adjust the straps, they don't stay, they come loose. I'm a little disappointment :-(

I only got it because it's on sale and I wanna get something matching for my gray halter top... anyway, when i was teaching on the other day, one of my babies pop out (no, the straps are not lose, I tightened them before the class)... and thanks to the halter top, nobody noticed it... :S
I wear 36B and got a large one... fit pretty well... be careful about the straps

I bought this sports bra five weeks ago. It fit great & was very comfortable but in the middle of teaching a class one of the straps broke! The strap looks almost shredded - no quick stitch will get it back into place. It looks like I'll end up throwing it out. I'm so disappointed!

Not much coverage and I'm really small busted. The straps don't stay in place when adjusted. BUT it's super cute to wear under a shredded tank. i wear another colored sports bra under for more coverage. Runs Super small. I would buy again, defiantly don't put in dryer, color fades.

This bra top is not my most comfortable one. The straps are nice as they are comfortable under the spaghetti strap tanks. I feel the material in which the bra top is made of should be improved to target the comfort level. I love the sexy yet fitness look!

The product looks nice but it isn't practical to use when teaching a class :(. I have a medium sized chest and this top doesn't really hold me in so that I feel supported like other sports bras do. It's tight around my chest but I think the skinny straps don't hold up the weight enough.
I think this would be a great top for someone with smaller sized boobs.
