I love these pants. They fit true to size, and are so comfortable! I love pants that stay put while I am dancing. The cuffs are not tight on me at all.I believe that the majority of the instructors that said that the cuffs were to small, must have larger calf muscles than I do...lucky!!!:) I have average legs, so they work great! Please make more of these pants in every color!!!!!

fabric is super light weight. Nice to dance in but not sure why the cuffs are there. Unless you have chicken leggs pulling the cuffs up are very uncomfortable.

I ordered these in a L because, although I have Ms in some of my Zumba pants and Ls in other, I didn't want to take the risk that they would be too small, as some of the Ms are. These fit nicely, but the waist band, which is made of a more structured, elastic fabric is thick and very roomy. So, evidently I could have gotten a M and been ok. Who would have known? The leg cuffs are not tight and actually felt like they would slip down, but they stay put when I teach. I like the material and I like the pants, but I've been fooled again on trying to order the right size. Zumba, do something about your sizing problem with bottoms. I'm getting tired of buying and returning and now I'm skeptical everytime I look at a pair of bottoms that they won't fit....so I'm ordering fewer of them.

Sizing issue!

I agree with Scarnet about the sizing issues. I have wasted about $150.00 on Zumba pants. I keep losing weight hoping your pants will finally fit, NOT! I feel as though, even with all the weight loss I am suppose to be a size 0 in order to wear Zumba pants. I have decided, because of all the comments about this issue I am not buying anymore. I can't afford to.

these are the best ever pair of pants I have bought yet..I got both colors...they waist sits right on my waist..the cuff is a bit loose however, with socks that takes are of that...if they had other colors in this every design I would order them all...they stretch just great...I had no problem with the sizing..I could of gotten away with size M..but L is good...I wear them in the summer as well in the winter.....wish Zumba would make pants that sit on waist like these ones do...
I have had them since they came out...they was beautifully as the others ones do...

Drappy fabric with suede finishing. Very expensive looking. The fabric give your skin a silky touch. I usually wear size M on Zumba bottom. This style I can fit in M but wish I ordered L to have more room.

Loved the pants and have them in both colors..but feel they are made to be worn loose so I ordered an XL and usually wear a med (size 10) bottoms..they are my fav of all ..as they are slenderizing ...still fit below my waist ...and I'm not pulling the waist up or down..they dry quick...and the colors go with a bunch of stuff...for this price ..they are a steal!!

Fabric is fabulous, light & breathable. The bands at the calves/ankles are a bit snug but not uncomfortable yet overall perfect for not slipping down your leg as you work out. I am 5'5 & 140 lbs with "thicker" thighs and backside and a very small waist. I feel they fit a bit too tight in the legs but eveywhere else just fine. My first try with them I was concerned I would not be able to lift my legs easily due to the fit in the thighs but I had no problems at all. I should fit in a M, but purchased a L and probably could've gone into an XL but regardless I am super happy!

The fabric is soft, but has little-to-no give/stretch to it at all once you put them on. It is sheer but tightly woven, like silk, and made me feel as if no air could get through - good thing I didn't try to dance in them.
The fit would have been more flattering if I could have pulled the cuffs up to beneath my knees, but they were too tight (again, lacking much stretch to the fabric# to fit over mid-calf... a problem I've never had with any ZUMBA pants before.
I had to send these back! #I wear a size 6 in most pants and ordered a L in these - no luck, even though I thought I sized up!)

The material is very similar to silk. So you have to have a perfect booty to wear these! Love the berry colour!

Love the fabric, although with the red ones when you sweat it shows on the fabric. Creates that "peed my pants" look. They run a bit small. I am 5'4" and 130lbs. I ordered a medium and they fit fine except they do ride up a bit so I suggest buying a size larger than normal. I have to adjust them down a few times during class. The cuffs are a bit tight, if you have any calf muscle you'll have a hard time pulling these up if desired. I love the pocket styling and the back logo. Over all very nice.

I bought some of the black Zumba Jam Cargo Pants, and I absolutely LOVE them. Just as the other comments that people have made on here, these pants feel SSSSOOOOOOO wonderful. They feel like brushed cotton or like silk. They are very lightweight so great for spring, summer, or fall. The length is wonderful for us short girls. I am only five foot tall and these pants are the perfect length for me. So to all the tall girls out there, you may have to wear these pants as capris or above your calves. These pants are a GREAT buy! - Angie

I wore these on the plane and was never so comfortable. I love the lightweight fabric. And, for me, the length is perfect. I did, however, shred the cuffs to look like tassles which dropped the length down to where I like it rather looking like I'm ready for a flood. It also makes it a lot easier to pull up to the knees and roll for a capri-look.

I got these pants and had hoped based on other reviews that they would be comfy. I found that the size was smaller than I thought. I usually wear a XXL in my workout pants, but should be in XL. I ordered a XXL and they are so tight I can't even really get them on. I guess I will keep them for when I lose some more weight.

I love the way these pants look and fit (usually) but the one time I wore these to teach a class, they rode up the crack the entire time. I was relieved to do some moves that helped remove them from that uncomfy position. I now wear them on days when I want to be cute and comfy but not extremely active. I ordered a medium before so I think I will order the black pair in a large to try. And if they don't work I will have another cute, comfy pair of zumba pants

Love them, I am 5'2, 138 pounds bought Medium size and they fit perfectly, used them yesterday for the first time and you just don't feel your wearing them, very soft and light material, very glad I bought both colors....and yes they make you look slimmer too. I want more colors please!!!!!

Finally a pair of ZWear pants that aren't made of that crunchy, wrinkly polyester! Candy apple color is silky and flowy, appear to be well made. Haven't taught in them yet, but look like they will wick sweat and dry quickly.
Fit is good- I am 5'4", 155 pear shape with thick thighs, fat booty and small waist, and I love a hip hop look when I teach. I buy XXL cargos for a hangin' low baggy look, and that's what I bought in these pants. However, the silky fabric *gives* a little unlike cargos, and I could have gotten away with XL for sure. I'm going to get the legs shortened and have the cuffs at the bottom reattached so that the length is more like capris. My legs are short and when I pull them up into capris, the extra length hangs down over the cuffs and hides them. I love that the cuffs are snug enough to hold them up even when I bounce, but not too tight, and I have giant calves. Waistband is same, secure on my wide hips, but not tight.
Get them, but as with all ZWear, be careful with sizes.

I love the material (light weight and washes out very well)) and so roomy! I am in my 60's, 5'2" and weigh 105 lbs. If they came out with more colors, I'd buy them all!

I could see how some might like these, but on my body type they just didn't work. They made me look huge in the waist/thigh area and were huge/saggy in the booty and I think a smaller size would still be big in these areas. I have a small waist and a little bigger in the thighs; I bought a medium and I'm 5'2", 125lbs.
The material is extremely lightweight like satin/silky pj's and very different from the classic cargos, I imagine they would keep you pretty cool during class. They are tighter on the calf, but that didn't really bother me. I really wanted to like these...

I am still trying to decide how I feel about these pants. The material is comfortable. The size is about the same as other cargos, maybe a little on the small side. What I wasn't crazy about is that every curve or lump shows through this material. I guess that's only a problem if you have a little extra junk. I am losing weight and like them better now, but I have had them for several months and haven't been comfortable wearing them until now, just not flattering. The legs are something to get used to, too. Because I am shorter, they blouse out above the elastic at the bottom a little, it's not quite the 'genie' look, but I am still getting used to it. I guess they are just a different look, I may decide I like them better as I wear them more.

These are my first pair of Zumba pants, and they are to die for! My instructor says these are the softest pants made specifically for Zumba, and numerous people have asked if they are silk (they ARE soft, but they have to be joking).
I'm 5'4", 134 lbs, 24 years old, have a bit of a post-baby pudge, a moderately chunky booty, and the size MEDIUM fits me well. I got the Candy Apple color, and they are really more like a bright raspberry — not as red as I'd envisioned.
People complained about the bands being too tight around the calves, but I can't really imagine that being a big problem unless you have noticeably large calves. I feel like mine are on the larger-end, and it feels like they could be even beefier and the bands would still be comfortable. If you have medium-sized calves, I wouldn't worry about it. Both the waist & ankle bands are very stretching, and in my opinion, not constricting at all.
They seem to fit well between my hips and waist, although I usually prefer pants at my waist now that I have a mama pudge. My lumps don't really bulge from the lower waist band though, and IMO the curve of the back-pockets make my butt look nicer!! The only flaw I try not to dwell on is how the crotch bunches. If the waist band rides up, the crotch area gets tighter on me, and it causes minimal pleating from the crotch to the thighs. Not very noticeable, but maybe something to consider in a future version.
